Geopark Ciletuh, Palabuhanratu, officially got the title as Unesco Global Geopark (UGG). In addition to Ciletuh, Unesco also authorized 12 geoparks from 11 countries as UGG. The ratification was presented at the 204th Executive Board meeting of UNESCO, Commission on Program and External Relations, on Thursday (12/4) in Paris, France.

Unesco Recognized Indonesia Geopark

7.Geopark Nasional Ciletuh Palabuhanratu, West Java
This area in West Java is the latest and will be inaugurated in April. This area has been developed into an integrated tourism. Starting from the empowerment of local communities, development of built villages, and geo-tourism development.
